HTC Sync: Is It the Best Option for HTC One Users?

I'm planning on grabbing an HTC One when it's out on AT&T. Generally prebundled software on phones has been bloated and not very good or pleasant to use. What are your thoughts on HTC Sync? Is it a good all-one program from HTC? I don't wanna fill up my hard drive with a bad program...
